Just last Thursday we were talking about how mild the winter has been here in Florida.<\/p>\n
Some of you might know that we’re nudists; if not, you do now. Get over it.<\/p>\n
Way back last August or September we started thinking about where to go for a couple of months in the winter; we knew that a winter at the Grove in north Georgia wasn’t for us. We reasoned that it would be too cold in Florida to run around nekkid as it had been for many years, so it made sense to stay at a textile campground rather than paying twice the price to stay at a nudist park.<\/p>\n
And so we’ve suffered through the hottest winter in a long time. In our clothes. With the air conditioner running.<\/p>\n
Which brings us to how we put the mouth on it. When we talked about the mild winter we did it _out loud_ multiple times on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Sure as shootin’, \u00a0Friday night hit 33F and the furnace didn’t light. Saturday’s high was a scorching 55F and the low is forecast to be around 30F. To all of you who were inconvenienced we apologize. We will endeavour to shut up in the future.<\/p>\n
And now about outwitting ourselves. We’ve made reservations to stay at Lake Como nudist park next November to March. And it’ll be the coldest winter in 100 years….<\/p>\n
