Up at 6:45am! That is sooo not me. But, I’m excited about today to say the least. We’ll be unhooking everything and getting Miss Lueffie ready for the road. It’s off to Tennessee and leaving the great state of Georgia. But, first things first! Coffee….<\/p>\n
Well, fat cat made us laugh so much last night, it was hard to fall asleep. At one point, he wanted to jump into the loft but made a misjudgment. The cushion fell as he was leaping upward and he was simply dangling in mid-air from the loft. Front paws barely hanging on! Scrambling to hang on all the while trying to pull his fat butt upwards was a task you just knew he’d fail at! I finally put my hands under his backside and gave him a little boost! Once I got over laughing hysterically, I noticed him pouting a little. Guess I shouldn’t laughed. But, it didn’t stop there! Once we laid down, he jumps up into bed on my side and slowly edges his way to crawl over my face. Well, I was not about to let that happen
\nso I simply raised my hand to block his way. My hand in the dark scared him so bad he backed up in a tizzy! Lay as flat as he could, not making a sound or movement, and his ears stood straight up. He settled down and went to sleep!<\/p>\n
We left the park at 9:30am and left Georgia behind us, I was not really thinking that the farther North we went, the colder it would be! I figured that it was a passing thing. LoL’s 6 hours later, after two Walmart’s and several gas station and a restaurant, we pulled into our campsite in the mountains of Tennessee during the rain and cold winds and settled in. Instead of Dorothy, you’re not in Kansas anymore, it’s I’m not in Florida anymore! I am now adjusting to the cooler weather.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
