We had some left over meat loaf. Not enough to do anything with but warm it up and serve it for sandwiches. Why not crumble up your left over meatloaf and add Mexican 4 cheeses, then add some finally chopped Jalapeno’s! Mix well and fill your Empanadas. I use pie shells and shape and cut them with my Empanada press. Pizza dough is even better for Empanadas. If you’re using fruit as a filler, always use pie shells!<\/p>\n

Use the back to cut the shape, then load the other side with the cut shapes and your mix, deep fry or bake and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\t\t
